Food and nutritional program that includes nutritional screening, counseling, and food vouchers.
Proof of identity, income, and residence required for WIC.
Family Planning
Physical exam which includes a PAP test, breast exam, pregnancy testing, and birth control.
Sliding scale fees based on income.
Cancer Control for Women
Physical exam which includes a PAP test, breast exam, and mammogram.
Sliding scale fees based on income.
Sexually Transmitted Diseases
Testing, diagnosis, and treatment.
HIV/AIDS
Confidential and anonymous testing, counseling, referral, and education.
Cardiovascular Program
Diet counseling, blood pressure screening, and cholesterol screening.
Diabetes Program
Community education and counseling on diet, exercise, medication, and monitoring.
Tuberculosis Control
Testing, diagnosis, and control; tuberculosis clinic.
Nutritional Services
Counseling from a registered dietitian for a variety of diets, including low fat, low sodium, low cholesterol, and diabetes.

Lead testing for children and vital statistics.
Dental Varnish Program
Dental varnish for children 0-5 years of age.
Disease Surveillance and Disaster Planning
Investigation and reporting of disease outbreaks; disaster preparedness and bioterrorism awareness and training.
