The Jessamine County Health Department offers a monthly food handler certification class and a quarterly food manager certification class.
The next class dates are as follows:
Food Handlers Certificate:
Place: Jessamine County Health Department
When: Wednesday July 16, 2008
Time: 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Pre-registration is at 1:45 p.m. and a $5.00 fee is due per person
Food Handlers for Managers Certificate:
Place: Jessamine County Health Department
When: Tuesday July 29th, 2008
Time: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Pre-registration is at 12:45 a.m. and a $30.00 fee is due per person.
Class size and pre-registration is required.

1. Print and complete the form below for which ever class you want to attend, mail this form along with $5.00/$30.00 fee to:

2. By email to barbaraj.smith@ky.gov Include your name, phone number, name of establishment, and date of class you wish to attend. Print and complete the form and bring it with you along with $5.00/$30.00 to the class you are attending. Class registration starts 15 minutes prior to the class.
3. Register by phone by contacting Barbara Smith at 859-885-2310. Print and complete the form and bring it along with $5.00/$30.00 to the class you wish to attend. Class registration begins 15 minutes prior to the class.
