Life With Diabetes

The Jessamine County Health Department and Central Baptist Hospital have joined forces to present the "Life with Diabetes" program to provide education and self-management skills to people with diabetes. The program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association and consists of two sessions of two hours each. Each session is taught by a diabetes educator and other health care professionals. All sessions are offered free of charge to the public.

The Jessamine County Health Department is sponsoring a FREE Cooper-Clayton Tobacco cessation class. The patches will be provided for free to the first 15 people registered. You must pre-register to be eligible for the patches.
